Due to the personal, cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive nature of ORIXEN products, all sales are considered final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

ORIXEN does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for:

• Opened products
• Used or tested products
• Products with a removed, damaged or broken protective seal
• Products removed from their original packaging
• Products returned because of personal preference regarding fragrance, texture or individual results
• Complimentary products, samples or promotional gifts

Once a cosmetic product has been opened or its protective seal has been removed, it cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.

2. LEGALLY REQUIRED RETURNS

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Where applicable law grants a mandatory cancellation right for an unopened online purchase, the customer must notify ORIXEN within the legally required period.

Any product returned under such a right must remain:

• Completely unused
• Unopened and sealed
• In its original packaging
• In a fully resalable condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer must contact iam@orixenlongevity.com within 48 hours of delivery.

The request must include the order number and clear photographs of the product, outer packaging and shipping label.

ORIXEN will evaluate the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit or refund in accordance with applicable law.

A product will not be considered defective solely because the customer dislikes its fragrance, texture or individual cosmetic results.

4. REFUNDS

No refunds will be provided for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection or opened and used products, except where required by applicable law.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original express-shipping fees, international duties, customs charges and handling expenses are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

5. ADVERSE REACTIONS

Individual sensitivities may vary. Customers must review the ingredient list before use and follow all product directions and warnings.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

An individual sensitivity or adverse reaction does not automatically establish that a product is defective. ORIXEN may request the product name, batch number, photographs and relevant
